I build the plan around you. This is not a 6-week quick fix. This is long-term physique & habit development. If you are training but nothing is changing then maybe it is time for a new approach?
This depends on your starting point, work ethic and dedication, but if you follow the plans as close to 100% as possible. You can expect to see results within the first few weeks.
I will calculate your TDEE, and from that I shall create your meal plan to fit your daily calories exactly. I will also take into account any ingredients that you dislike, so you are only eating food that you enjoy!
After our initial chat I will send you a questionnaire. The information that I gather from out chat and the questionnaire will allow me to build a personalized workout plan for you and your goal.
