The first step is implementing a plan that aligns with the goals you are trying to achieve. We will standardize before we optimize, by creating a workout and meal plan to create structure to get you to where you want to be.
Next, we want to synchronize you with the plans that have been implemented. This takes time, but the main focus is encouraging you to change your daily habits, so adherence becomes much more manageable over time.
Once adherence has been achieved, the final step is to continually optimize your journey. I will be assessing your weekly check-ins every 7 days and making the necessary changes to ensure all aspects are best suited to you and your current lifestyle. Ultimately to increase adherence to as close to 100% as possible.
